Who is selling

What you are buying

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets and products through this website. A ticket entitles you to attend the specific screening shown on it —film, date, time and screen— and, where the screening has numbered seating, to the seat allocated.

By completing your purchase you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend that you save or print them: they are the ones in force at the time of your purchase.

Prices and payment

How you receive your ticket

Tickets are sent to the email address you provide, with a QR code that is scanned at the entrance to the screen. You don’t need to print them: just show the code on your phone.

Please check that your email address is correct. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder and contact us before buying again.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) excludes from the right of withdrawal leisure and entertainment services provided on a specific date, which is the case for a cinema screening. By buying you expressly accept this exclusion.

We will refund the full amount when the cause is ours:

In those cases we will notify you at the email address used for the purchase and refund your money using the same payment method you used, without you having to claim it.

Admission to the screen

Your obligations

The information you provide must be accurate and up to date, especially your email address: it is how we send you your tickets and how we would notify you of a cancellation.

Loyalty club

Club benefits —points, discounts and offers— are governed by the programme’s own terms and conditions and do not form part of the ticket price. Joining is free and voluntary, and you can leave whenever you wish.

Complaints

You can write to us at cinemes@illa.ad or use thecontact form. Official complaint forms are available to consumers.

The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions. Your purchase is governed by the ones in force at the time it was made, which are the ones you accepted then.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Where the law recognises the buyer as a consumer, the courts of the buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
