What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device to remember something from one page to the next. Without them, every page would be the first one and there would be no way to keep a purchase in progress.
Which cookies we use
We only use necessary cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not share anything with third parties for those purposes.
We do measure how many people visit the website and which pages they use, but with a tool that does not set any cookies or store anything on your device. Nothing is collected that could identify you, you are not tracked from one website to another and the data is not shared with anyone for advertising. That is why it does not appear in the table: there is no cookie to declare.
| Cookie | What it is for | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
ts_hold | Keeps the hold on your seats while you complete your purchase, so that nobody else can take them and they are still yours when you return from the payment page. Without it you cannot buy tickets. | 30 minutes | Necessary |
ts_tema | Remembers whether you have chosen the light or dark appearance. It is only set if you press the button: if you don’t touch it, it doesn’t exist. | 1 year | Necessary |
ts_club | Keeps you signed in as a member for the duration of your session. It only exists if you sign in to the Club, and it disappears when you sign out. Without it you would have to type your password on every page. | 30 days | Necessary |
ts_oauth_state · ts_oauth_verifier · ts_oauth_provider | Three single-use cookies that protect the round trip when you sign in with Google or Apple: they are used to check that the person returning from the provider is you and not another request slipped in along the way. They last ten minutes, are deleted as soon as you finish, and are only set if you press one of those buttons. | 10 minutes | Necessary |
Besides cookies: browser storage
When we show you a welcome notice on arrival, we store a marker in your own browser that we have already shown it to you, so that we don’t repeat it on every page. That marker is deleted automatically when you close the tab. If you also tick “Don’t show this notice again”, we store a second marker that is kept, because that is exactly what you have asked us to do; it remains until you clear the site data or until we publish a different notice.
These are not cookies: they are not sent to our servers, they do not travel with every page you request and they contain nothing about you —only which notice they relate to—. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Why we don’t ask for your permission
The rules —Article 22.2 of the LSSI (Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services) and the Cookie Guide of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)— do not require consent for strictly necessary cookies, or for those that serve only something you have expressly requested. All the cookies in the table fall into that category: they support your purchase, your member session or a setting that is only written if you press it yourself. The same applies to the two markers in the previous section: the first is technical and you request the second by ticking it.
The same applies to audience measurement: the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Guide on measurement tools (January 2024) exempts it from consent when it is limited to this website, is carried out solely on behalf of its publisher, produces anonymous statistics, is not combined with other data and is not used to track you across different websites. Ours meets those conditions.
That is why you won’t see a consent window. If we ever add a cookie that is not necessary, we will ask you before setting it and you will be able to say no.
How to delete them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please bear in mind that if you block the necessary ones you will not be able to complete a purchase, because the website would lose the hold on your seats when you move to another page.
Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page. You can also read ourprivacy policy and thelegal notice.
